Sponsorship Packages

The 2026 Roundtable by the Sea Literary Festival and Conference will take place November 12-15, in scenic Saint Andrews by the Sea, New Brunswick. Roundtable by-the-Sea will bring creative writers, book lovers, and educators to the iconic seaside town to celebrate all things literary. The event will feature onstage conversations between visiting writers, as well as readings, panels, and workshops. The Dunn Theatre and Fundy Discovery Aquarium at the Huntsman Marine Science Centre will be the primary event venue, with additional events at other spots throughout town. Additionally, Roundtable by the Sea will feature an event-long book fair featuring publishers, authors, and other literary- and literacy-related organizations.

Your sponsorship will help to cover the many essential costs of producing a literary festival and conference, including venue fees, headlining/keynote speaker honorariums, travel and accommodation expenses, event advertising and promotion, and more. Roundtable by the Sea is a nonprofit organization, and all monies raised go into producing the literary festival and conference.
